SHIPPING & REFUND

1. Manufacturing and shipping

Manufacturing products will take 5-7 days, and shipping will require about 7-14 days depending on location and local postal services. We plan to offer expedited shipping in the near future.

2. Returns / Refunds / Cancellations

Cancellations, refunds and returns on Capris / Leggings / Sweaters:

We are pleased to offer a 30 day "No Questions Asked" return policy. If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, we will make it right.

Cancellations, refunds and returns on other items:
Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of your order. Orders for our products cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded after the 24 hours have passed because they have been sent to production and are custom printed and sewn in accordance with your order.

Returns for defect
If there is a manufacturing defect with your item, please contact customer service FIRST! Do not return any merchandise to the manufacturer or to us without first contacting our customer service department at support@9leggings.com. It would be extremely helpful to include photos that display:

  • The defect
  • Clothing tag
  • Design sku (printed above the tag, on the waistband)
  • The packaging the item arrived in

Delivery - lost or stolen packages
WE HEART LEGGINGS uses tracking numbers on all deliveries.  If the tracking number shows that the item has been delivered to your address we cannot be held responsible for claims of lost or stolen items, and we will not offer a refund.

Refunding Charges
For approved refunds and returns, the product cost will be returned to your method of payment (ie credit card, PayPal etc) within 3 business days.  Please note that your credit card company may incur a holding period or delays outside of our control.
